Tiers
Tier 1
General
- Psychic Sense:
- At-will, bonus, concentration; you sense the presence of intelligent minds or powerful psychic impressions in the area. As an action, you can learn the answer to one of the following questions:
- How many intelligent minds are there in the area?
- (Requires the above) is a given mind psychically capable?
- (Requires detection) is a given mind more, less, or equally psychically powerful to my own?
- What happened here? (in the case of psychic impressions)
- At-will, bonus, concentration; you sense the presence of intelligent minds or powerful psychic impressions in the area. As an action, you can learn the answer to one of the following questions:
- Focus:
- At-will, std; you become psychically focused. In addition to benefits described in various psionic abilities, this means that, as an immediate action, you can expend your focus to gain advantage to any roll.
Medium
- Contact Spirits: speak with spirits, gain their knowledge, find allies to summon
- Vessel: take a spirit into yourself, gaining abilities
- Awaken Spirits: conjure spiritual creatures to your aid
Telekinetic
- push / pull / throw / slide / etc...

Telepath
- Mindlink: psychic communication
- Suggestion: compel the weak-minded to do as you say
- Empathy: manipulate and project emotions
Autokinesis
- Force Feedback: modify the way the forces acting on, within, and from your body act. Uses:
- Absorb Force: at-will, reaction to kinetic damage, must be focused; against one instance of kinetic damage, gain Absorb 100% (limit medium). Tally the amount absorbed in this manner. It expires at the end of the encounter.
- Amplify Force: at-will, augments a melee or ranged kinetc attack, expends Focus; add any amount of tallied damage from Absorb Force to a kinetic attack, up to the total you've tallied.
- Speed Force: modify your speed.
- When focused, gain +3 movement.
- At-will, immediate, expends Focus; triple your movement for one round.
- Tier 2:
- Flitter: Recharge 33%, move, must be Focused; you move up to twice your movement speed, but in less than a tenth of a second. It must be possible to have moved in the same manner at normal speed. Does not provoke.
- Recall: Encounter, immediate, expends Focus; you revert your state to that of the beginning of the round, in terms of position, HP, worn/held items, etc. Does not undo your actions since then.
